Cancelation & Bookings Policy
- To make a reservation we require a valid Credit Card to guarantee the reservation.
- We will NOT charge your card until you arrive at the hotel.
- In case you need to cancel your reservation no penalty will apply if cancelled more than 72 hours in advance.
- For cancellations received within 72 hours prior to arrival or a no-show we charge 50% of the total stay and a minimum of 1 room night.
- Reservations involving more than 3 rooms are subject to our group reservations policy.
